Attending the Mindfulness Course this semester has benefited me in the following ways like learning breathing techniques, helping me be more connected with my thoughts, and being aware and transparent with my emotions.
Breathing techniques have helped me with my stress because when I'm anxious and worried I can breathe deeply, and it sends a message to my brain and my entire body to calm down and relax. . The best thing about Mindfulness is that I can do this anywhere.
